In this self-timed portrait, I just had my hair cut and straightened at the salon. Some people do not like my straight hair, especially my husband. He loves my natural curl. I like to change it up from time to time. I am lucky that I can have the best of both worlds.

I have natural curly hair also and when I go for a trim, they like to straighten my hair also and my hubby is not fond of that either.

I like the curls but I guess it's only because I have hair that wouldn't curl if my life depended upon it! Haha!! But in case, it's a beautiful shot!!

You look lovely with your hair straight. Since your husband prefers your natural curl I shouldn't tell you this, but you might want to look for one of your local Avon Ladies and ask for a sample of Lotus Shield. It will help you tame your curls (or use less and just defeat the winter frizzies) for much less than the salon charges and it is very easy to use.
