Holy Tea = Holy Crap!

I recently read an article in my Women's First magazine about an all natural, 100% organic tea that could aid in weight loss. It is called Holy Tea. I thought with a name like that, I can't go wrong. Holy Tea, formulated by wellness expert Dr. Bill Miller, is so named because it contains leaves of the holy thistle plant as well as other plants like persimmon and Chinese mallow leaves. Studies indicate that the tea's botanicals may balance the body's healthy bacteria that reduces fat-packing inflammation, enhances metabolism and improves digestion. The kicker is....the tea compounds also have a mild laxative effect. Thus, cleansing the toxins from your body!

This is day two for me on the Holy Tea. It is recommended that you first brew a quart of your favorite tea and then add in the Holy Tea bag and let it steep. The Holy Tea bag remains in your tea until the tea is consumed. The tea must be refrigerated since it contains no preservatives. However, you can drink Holy Tea hot or cold. It has a nice flavor!

I have noticed that my appetite seems suppressed and take it from me, the mild laxative effect, oh yeah - it works! The tea may also help with lowering blood pressure and cholesterol. I ordered my Holy Tea from here.

Here comes old Miss skeptical...sounds too good to be true kind of a thing. High fiber diet n excercise will give you the same results. Not to mention extra money in your pocket...this product is way toooo expensive. Thats all the "Wisdom" for today! :)as you roll your eyes...I can see U!!!!

I'm not going to argue with you mother....I agree that diet and exercise is the key. But, what if I told you this tea works! After all, it is all natural and tea is my beverage of choice daily. So far, the results are positive...more energy, less hungry and I already mentioned the mild laxative effect it provides...

Just had to laugh at your Mom's comment about your eyes rolling. Funny even at our age we still do that when our Mom's says something we don't totally agree with.

I think I'll try this, BUT not until after we're back from Massachusetts. I don't want any Holy Crap in the airplane.

I just ordered two bags.

All teas could be considered holy if made from organic herbs. And they really do work. The only thing to worry about with commercially packed is whether they use pesticides when growing and the little paper bag it comes in. I prefer to grown my own and use a strainer.

Holy Moly! :) I'm all for cleansing out toxins. Thanks for the reminder -- I use Dr. Natura's cleanse twice a year. It's a beautiful feeling. Enjoy!
