Quotography | Hobby

While we vacationed in Daytona Beach, Florida, we got to watch surf boarders catch the 8-10 foot waves that were hitting the shore that day. There must have been 50 or more surfers taking advantage of the perfect surfing conditions. A life rescue vessel awaited offshore for any mishaps. And while we watched, one surfer was rescued after cutting his head open.

I was a bit nervous about letting the kids boogie board on this day, especially after learning that the rip current was very strong. However, the 74 degree ocean water temp and large waves were very enticing.

Great shots! It makes me nervous too... seeing the big waves and all the wipeouts!

Your pairing is perfect for the prompt! I really like this quote. Good advice for us all. I've never surfed but admire those that can do it successfully!
