Hello all! I am hosting Fun Monday for May 31st and since here in the states we are observing Memorial Day, the assignment is to post a photo of something patriotic or post a photo honoring a veteran.
Here is a trivia question. Jay Leno asked this on his Jaywalking segment: What is a Veteran? The young people didn't know - that is a shame. Ask your kids what is a Veteran? If they don't know, teach them. Thanx ! Have a great Memorial Day...... jlg
Mine is NOT up...sorry. Thought I had it all together, ready to go, but have had to take care of some unforeseen chores...I promise to honor those who gave the ultimate so we could enjoy these freedoms.
lovely choice for fun monday. spent the w/e with family. Two year old grandson birthday party. His other grandfather died just short of his 90th birthday. He was a WWII veteran.
