That was cute!! Our first Valentine's Day as a married couple, hubby came home with an iron board for me. Now to him, it was a kind gesture because we didn't have one and I was ironing clothes on the floor, but........
it is funny though how over the years we have changed with gift giving to the point now we rather give to others than ourselves and help the less fortunate

How clever! Especially the quiche and chai lattes. A favorite Christmas story that's so old involved a guy friend getting his wife a 4-hole toaster. Bad move--she told him that if this family needed a toaster they'd buy it. Not for her Christmas present though. After that there were more perfume bottles.
