Sadly, summer is coming to an end. It is always a bitter but sweet ending for me, as I look forward to Fall and the kids going back to school. Carley will be starting middle school and Casey in the fifth grade already. Where does the time go??
We shared a great weekend with family. Mom and Jerry had us over for crabs on Sat. They were delicious!! Thank-you!! We took a walk down to the Community park. Hugh was yearning to be a kid when he decided to "play" on the equipment as though he were 10 again. He is just as cute now as the day I met him!

On Sunday, we spent the day at Lori and Jay's for Brock's birthday. Once again, we enjoyed crabs and lots of other yummy food! Thanks Lori and Jay!! Hugh and the girls launched a small rocket by the pool. See video below. It flew high into the sky until we could not even see it and then it came down and landed in the trees. This rocket was built by Hugh and Casey for a project in the second grade! It was definitely the highlight of the party - don't ya think?
