A Good Friday Indeed

Day one of our family Easter vacation began today. We arrived at the Outer Banks of North Carolina at 2 a.m. on Friday morning. Traffic on Interstate 95 was horrendous and it took us over 9 hours to get from PA to here, but I can't complain. It is all worth it. The house, which is situated on the beach is absolutely gorgeous and the large glass windows make for spectacular views. Our bedroom is on the third floor overlooking the ocean. I could rattle on and on about this place and I don't want to seem like a bragger, so let me just get it over with...this place is AWESOME and we are having the time of our lives living a life style of the rich and famous! I will spare you all the details, but will leave you now with some pictures of today's adventures.

You can view more pictures on Flickr to the left of my blog. Today, we are headed to the Wright Brothers Museum and Park. I will post more pictures later this weekend.

Wow! Looks like you had better weather than we did! Our skies were gray and icky all day and it poured rain.
