is through his tummy! It's not often that I bake. I simply don't like baking and I'm not a huge fan of cakes and cookies and sweet pastries. But today, beings that it is Valentines Day and beings that FW loves coconut pound cake, I thought I would try my hand at baking him his favorite cake from scratch.
It is topped with an almond coconut glaze. Well FW, do you like?
At least I know this is one cake that will not hang around for long.

Hope there's some left over for breakfast. What a delicious combination--coconut and almonds. And FW was a good sport to submit to all that camera time. :-)

That looks yummy! I took the food route to Amoeba's heart yesterday, too. After dinner he actually turned down dessert -- which was good because I really didn't feel like making it or even looking at more food!
I've made WR pose a few times, too. He is also a good sport. Give that man another slice!
