Here is an easy low-fat dessert you can whip up in less than 3 minutes. There are only 2 ingredients:
1 - Angel Food cake mix
1 - 16 oz. can Lemon Pie Filling
Mix the two together until creamy (custard consistency). Spread in a 9 x 13 greased cake pan or glass dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Each square is about 3 Weight Watcher points. 15 servings.

This is a perfect dessert for when I host my always dieting bunco group.

I had to laugh at HulaGirlAtHeart's comment. One of the things I love about my Bunco group is that they EAT!
Wow - nummy nummy, in the tummy! Thanks for passing that on! It sounds like a slice of heaven (heehee, pun somewhat intended). And you are SO right on the eating slowly thing. I don't do that...I put my head down and scarf my food, as if I think it's going to run away *sigh* I need to Slow Down and Savor!

And that "eat slowly" thing -- I bought fancy baby food spoons and that's what I eat my dessert with. Tiny bites, slower. More savor, from a smaller serving.
