We may be less than two weeks away from the official first day of Autumn, but here in the Southern part of Pennsylvania, there are tell tail signs of the fall season everywhere, beginning with cooler temps and crisp air brought in from a line of nasty storms that ripped through our area over the past weekend.
What an invigorating feeling to sleep with the windows wide open! Fall is my favorite time of year and it has nothing to do with the fact that my birthday falls within this season. Well, maybe it does a little. I don't want to rush away summer, but I simply can't wait to get out my Autumn decorations and adorn my home with pumpkins, apples, mums, spice candles, fall wreaths, etc.
I always "welcome fall" into my home with gladness.

Enjoy the nice fall weather!! It does sound like a favorite season of yours!! Send some of that fall like weather our way (97 degrees here today :)
